This year’s event, held from September 8 to 10 at Atascadero, California, was record-breaking in that 84 people turned out and each one of came away with lovely memories and great new friends.
One such person was Lyn Woodward who attended the event for Automobile Magazine. Fascinated with Citroëns and a few other unusual things that showed up, Lyn submitted the following:
By the way, Lyn mentions a Traction Avant that was found in Canada. Of course that’s the famous Traction Light 15 that we pulled out of the 2nd floor of a barn in the Gatineau Hills just North of Ottawa back in July 2005. Larry Lewis restored it in Toronto. You can read about that Traction extraction day in the 2006 Winter edition of Citroënthusiast available in our Citroën publication archives.
