Belgian-built 2CV AZL. One of the 2CV’s imported by Escargot Motorcars. It is actually a 1983 model registered as a 1965 (to allow importation into Canada in the 1980s).
An original unrestored example (with a new roof and muffler), that runs and drives exceptionally well. 82,249 kms. It has been carefully maintained by an experienced Citroën mechanic. It’s 602cc engine allows it to cruise at 120+ km/hr.
It has period “patina” but is not a “rust-bucket” any means. If anything it’s condition adds to its charm and desirability.
This 2CV is located in Toronto.
Price: $16,000 CAD (~$11,865 USD).
Hello,
Could you tell me where in Toronto I can see this car.
Also, it looks like the rear fenders are a different colour than the rest of the car. Have they been replaced?
Do you have any pictures of the floors in the driver and passenger areas?
Thank you.
Scott
The car is not right now in Toronto but in Madoc area.
