May I suggest that the DS 21 was launched end of 1965, (1966 model) so it is not possible that this one is 1964, if it is really a DS 21.
Correct, the chassis is 1970-71 most likely, and the front from a mid 60’s put on. I saw another 70’s DS with an early front here in Dallas at Rob Courter’s shop many years ago.
Given there seem to be some alterations; does the hydraulic system in this still use brake fluid?
