A very early 1946, post-war, Belgian made Traction Avant, likely assembled with pre-war parts including opening and closing hood ventilators and Pilote wheels.
Air conditioning, turning headlights, light brown leather seats and ocher carpeting.
The conversion was performed in 1951/52 in Cagnes-sur-Mer, France and it is based on a 1936 11AL.
A couple channeled their “deux chevaux” passion to transform an old TV set they had in their basement.
These models are Z scale (1:220) and T scale (1:450) — so much smaller than N scale, yet with astonishing accuracy.
A Traction 11BL in very good condition (rust free). Runs and drives very nicely.
This specialized vehicle plays a crucial role in maintaining runway safety by measuring surface grip levels under various conditions.
Many of us here were friends with Marc for decades, sharing his love of Citroën cars and the finer things in life.
