One may not want to believe it, but the unthinkable has happened: the last 2CV officially produced in France has been stolen by thieves. It belonged to the famous author and publisher of the “Revue Technique Automobile” (RTA), M. Roger Brioult.
It is a light grey (“gris cormoran”) “2CV Spécial” with only 17 km on the clock and was built on May 18th, 1988. It came with a certificate from the factory. The VIN plate reads VF7AZKA00KA302493 and 86 977 116

The vehicle has never been registered and delivered with its original factory mileage of only 5km just another 12m into the garage of its owner when it arrived on a trailer. The number of potential buyers of new 2CV is limited, and also a possibly light gray, in parts offered 2CV should make you wonder.
A document issued by Citroën officially certifies the authenticity of this very special vehicle, which is unique to the company’s history.
