A Collection of 40 Citroëns Soon to be Auctioned by Aguttes

Aguttes will be auctioning all 40 Citroëns in a a Swiss collection on March 16, 2025. As a tease to the event, they will be displaying a few of them in their booth at Retromobile in Paris this week!

This is no barn find. The bodies shine and the conditions leave you speechless.

In January, photos were taken at the private collection of Jose Dula in Courtepin Switzerland where the 40 Citroëns are lined up in 4 rows, in a herringbone pattern. Some of the Citroëns to be auctioned include:

  • 1930 Kégresse (with skis on front wheels).
  • 1935 Traction Avant 7C Sedan (restored but still retaining its original interior).
    1950 Traction Avant 15-6 (with pilot wheels and leather interior).

A Series:
11 2CV’s including:

  • 1953 2CV AU 325 Type A Truckette
  • 1959 2CV AZ (425 cc engine with only has 6080 kms. Has partial rust on the bodywork and therefore an inimitable look.
  • 1961 2CV AZ 425 (425 cc engine. Car has been fully restored.)
  • 1966 2CV AZAM 425 Enac estate car (that can be recognized by its bench seat placed in the back).
  • 1967 2CV AZAM 6
  • 1981 2CV Charleston
  • 1986 2CV Dolly
  • 1986 2CV 6 Special
  • 1987 2CV ”Sans Plomb” (a German special series that earned its nickname “The duck” with its green livery.
  • 1968 Ami 6
  • 1973 Méhari
  • 1980 Dyane 6

DS:

  • 1957 Jonquille Yellow DS 19
  • 1958 DS 19
  • 1962 DS 19 with “ashtray wings” (which allowed hot air to be extracted from the engine hood).
  • 1965 DS 19 Pallas (the first Pallas of the range with chrome and additional equipment but still the round lights).
  • 1967 DS21
  • DS23
  • DS Break (with air-conditioning).
  • M35 (Wankel engine powered and running!)

SM:

  • 1970 SM (the 39th Citroën SM produced and the first to arrive in Switzerland).

GS:
There are few but notably:

  • GS Birotor (Wankel engine powered and running!)
  • 1972 GS 1220 Club (with a red fabric interior.)

MEP single-seater race car (with a GS engine).

CX:

  • 1977 CX GTi 2400 f
  • 1980 CX Prestige (with Havana leather interior).

BX:

  • 1988 BX GTi
  • BX 4 TC — Group B “200 Series”
  • Visa 4-wheel drive — Group B “200 Series” (with less than 200 kms.)
  • XM V6 sedan
  • Xantia Activa!
