This 2CV was modified in Europe as a one-of-a-kind pickup truck. It was then shipped to the USA and registered in Florida.
It recently underwent a complete look over, and the interior was refinished including seat, door panels and interior panels. The dashboard was also refinished and the steering wheel replaced.
All 5 tires are new (Continental)
It underwent the following work:
- New drive shafts installed
- New clutch pack installed
- New wheel bearings and seals
- Suspension cylinders replaced by stainless ones
- Fuel system overhauled
- Fuel pump replaced and carburetor rebuilt
- New points, condenser, spark plugs and wires
This work was done by a French mechanic, in Florida.
The odometer reads 28,557 but isn’t functioning at the moment.
The car runs well and has a striking look that many find charming.
