On September 15, 2013, CITROËN HERITAGE, the part of the company that cares about the preservation of knowledge and history of the brand including the“Conservatoire” archive of cars and documents located at Aulnay-sous-Bois (near Paris) has appointed a new manager for the operation. Marc-André Biehler has replaced Denis Huille, manager from Conservatoire Citroën’s inception, who left the company to become marketing and events director for the famous automobile race track in Montlhery.
The 46-year-old Marc-André Biehler has been working for 17 years at Citroën. His career began in 1996 in the after sales and quality departments. From 2001 onwards he worked at the sales department in Paris responsible for European commercialization projects until he was asked in 2003 to take over national dealership responsibility at Citroën Austria. Three years later he took over international sales responsibility in the region, then in 2012 moved to Customer Experience Management. These credentials with Citroen made him the ideal candidate to be appointed to take over the management of the Heritage Department.
He also owns several vintage Citroëns and is thus not only professionally active but also a privately passionate “Citroënist”. His background will no doubt enable him to continue the excellent cooperation in co ordinating events and aiding in historical research between Amicale Citroën Internationale, the various worldwide clubs, and customers looking to know about the history of their particular Citroën.
