Peter Koine, our friend and Citroën community member, who celebrated his 60th anniversary as a Citroën mechanic this year, has hit a rough patch and could use our help.
Two months ago, Peter fell and injured both of his knees quite badly. After an emergency surgery followed by rehab followed by yet another surgery, he finds himself back in rehab getting the care he needs, but is only part way down a long road to full recovery. Because of his extensive network of friends, his beloved cats and cockatoo are well tended-to, but the length of this process is challenging the limits of his insurance, and leaving his one-man Citroën repair business in San Francisco in stasis.
The San Francisco Region Citroën Club has organized a fundraiser for Peter. We hope you’ll consider contributing what you can to help him through this time, and to give Peter the support he needs to (literally) get back on his feet once he is able to return to his home.
Any and all contributions would be appreciated via this GoFundMe page:
