Citroën, making its debut this year in the world championship cars, has been awarded the top title with the C-Elysée. The latest race in Suzuka, Japan, was won be Jose-Maria Lopez driving his Citroën C-Elysée, gaining him the title of world champion WTCC. Citroën had, earlier in the season, won the constructors’ title. This latest achievement proves a faultless performance for Jose-Maria Lopez in his first season in the world championship competon g against brands such as Honda, Lada, Chevrolet and BMW. The final round of the 2014 WTCC will take place at the spectacular Macao circuit . It will be a race for honor and the grand prize.
