Late 1936 Citroën 7C (has légère body and smaller 7CV, not 11CV engine). Almost original, and it has the 1936 improvements (rack-and-pinion steering, hydraulic dampers, etc.).
I’m looking to find someone to take on the responsibility for this ‘piece of history’. Buyer gets access to my several years of experience with this car.
Everything works, runs comfortably at 90 km/h but has some minor engine vibration at 70 km/h. (I can explain).
Driven about 1,000 km annually while I’ve owned it (15+ years). Total mileage unknown.
Registered and Vermont State-inspected, located in northern Vermont.
Many spare parts and tools, documentation and some history.
Price: $13,000 USD.
I plan to drive the car to the Saratoga Rendezvous again this coming June 2026.

You’re selling, and you didn’t call me? Are you alright?
Well, about “Are you alright?”
No, must be out of my mind to sell this car.
But seriously, the car continues to be 14 years older than me, so the car is looking for a younger owner to take good care of it and enjoy.
how about some pics of the back and trunk inside
Some photos available – contact me.
Explain “engine vibration at 70 km/h. “
The engine vibration actually closer to 60 km/h, not too bad. After installing an ID crank and replacing conrods and one of the pistons, these parts were balanced by an expert, but the mismatch of one of the pistons is evidently the cause.
