Seems these days the media is once again touting that flying cars are going to be the rage.  We’re guilty, recently running a story on the PAL-V Gyrocopter.

Now the Aeromobil 2.5 appears to spark equal innovation.  We stated last time that these projects are showing innovation of which Citroën engineers must be envious.   Citroën dabbled in aviation in the 1970’s with a the RE-2, – a helicopter equipped with an engine that was an evolution of the Comotor 624 unit that was found under the hood of the ill-fated GS Birotor.

But back to the sleek Aeromobil 2.5 from Slovakia.   The Daily Mail in the UK published an article about it that you can read here.   And here’s a direct link to a video of version 2.5 of the Aeromobil doing its thing.
