This is pretty cool. We came across it on ebay. A Citroen tape recorder located in Nanimo, British Columbia! Circa mid 1960’s and made in Los Angeles California. Obviously not made by the Citroën car company, but a very neat compact tape tape recorder nonetheless.
A search on the radio museum website indicates that the company only made this model, the 660, and there is no indication how many were made. We’d bet very few.

A further search of Google brought up an ad in Popular Science magazine – Feb 1963 with specs and and an address for Citroen Electronics Corporation: 729 N. Highland Ave., Los Angeles.
Could be rarer than a Traction 15-6 Cabrio!
