Offered without reserve, RM | Sotheby’s estimates that this 5-speed carburetted version will command between €90,000 – €140,000.
The SM demonstrated how much performance and refinement could be achieved in a front-wheel-drive layout.
Bonhams has announced that their auction will be held during Rétromobile on January 30th at the historic Polo de Paris.
It was purchased by Greg Long from Harrah’s Auto Collection in 2004 and then it sold at a world record price of $66,000 US in 2012 during Retromobile in Paris.
DS Balloons was displayed at Rétromobile and then displayed at Autoworld Brussels. Photos were taken of it’s moving and set-up for the show.

Comexposium and Rétromobile have announced the signing of a multi-year partnership agreement with the auction house Gooding Christie’s.
