  1. Hi Neil:
I’m Ken Deal and I’ve been a member of the Citroen club since the ’80s. I have an extremely nice 1972 DS21 Pallas Jubilee Edition that used to belong to George Dyke and Phil DeVingt. Before that, I’ve had four other DS models over the years beginning with a brand new break in 1970. I live most of the time now on Cape Breton Island but also have a home near Hamilton.

I keep getting on the Citroenvie website to look at your car. I’m getting a bit itchy for another DS but I’m not 100% there yet. Plus, I need some additional garage space out here at my Cape Breton home.

Just a few questions if you don’t mind. If you want to respond only to committed buyers, I’ll understand why you don’t reply.
    1. I would only consider a rust-free car. Does this qualify?
    2. What is the cycle time on the high pressure pump?
    3. How many miles or km?
    4. For how long have you owned the car?
    5. What model tires are on the car and how old are they?
    6. Could it be driven without problems from Toronto to Cape Breton, about 2100 km?
    7. Has the steering rack been rebuilt recently?
    8. Is the upholstery original or seat covers?
    9. Do you know of any mechanical, electrical or body matters that need to be taken care of?
    10. Are additional photos available, especially of the bottom, door bottoms and engine compartment?
    11. Does it have the original ignition or electronic ignition?
    Thanks for considering my questions.
    Ken Deal
