An article appeared in the New York Times last month by David McAninch. He and his wife Michelle rented a 2CV while in France a road trip through the Cévennes region.
David recounts their adventure in May and the woes they experienced with the car, especially having never driven one before. It’s an eloquent read and for those of us that know something about a 2CV, certainly having a spare coil onboard would have saved the couple a lot of grief!
