Another parts source for our classic Citroëns has materialized in the USA incorporating the assets Western Hemispheres, the parts business that Miles Potter operated for 40+ years in Watsonville California.
All the Western Hemispheres inventory as been acquired by Rob Courter in Dallas Texas and is presently being moved there.
Rob started Garage Courtier in Dallas in 1976, a shop devoted exclusively to Citroën and their new (for ’76) parent company Peugeot doing servicing and repairs.
Now, in branching out to being a parts supplier with the Western Hemispheres assets, he has formed Javel, named after the original Citroën factory in Paris.
Rob has already received the first truck load of parts with more to come shortly.
While there is lots to catalog and inventory to organize, he has formally launched the website JavelUSA.com and for the time being is doing business the old-fashioned way… calls or emails.
