Citroën Themed Cuisine in Ghent, New York
Dave Burnham wrote in to say that one of his customers, Patrick Jehanno, a French chef (and great guy), has just opened up a new French Restaurant, Shadow 66 at 47 Old Post Road in Ghent NY 12075.
The theme of the Shadow 66 is all French and Citroën. Dave and Jamie went there for dinner last Friday and he says that it was full of happy people and the food and service was awesome!
Patrick built the place over the last three years which was a very scary challenge, spending tons of money during a pandemic.
Reservations are needed. If you go, make sure to tour the full building because there are Citroën and other French gems throughout the place high and low and even in the bathrooms!
