Highly-original condition 2CV delivery van. 12hp 2-cylinder engine, original four speed manual. 6-volt electrical system. Mechanically sound with beautiful patina. This 2CV AZU is registered and tagged in the state of Georgia. 1962 or older vehicles do not receive titles in Georgia, just registrations. However, price includes titling in the buyer’s state as we have the original Dutch EU title.
Maintenance work done prior to US importation includes new brake lines, rear brake cylinders, and brake shoes, new wheel bearings and a replaced driveshaft U-joint, new side turn signals and mud flaps, and new Michelin tires. The work was done by a European 2CV-specialized garage.
This 2CV is not a restored example, instead proudly wearing its many years of use. The wear and patina present on the bodywork, engine, and interior add to the character of the car. The frame is rust-free and structurally intact.
