Citroënvie member Gord Coulman and his wife Laurie live in St. Albert, Alberta. Last year they purchased a lovely yellow 2CV in Edmonton that was advertised for sale on Citroënvie.
While their 2CV was stored away for the winter, the couple channeled their “deux chevaux” passion to transform an old TV set they had in their basement. The cabinet was made so nicely that they felt the need to find a new use for it. Using a 2CV model from a special Playmobil set available in Europe that included the car, farm animals, farmer, and gendarme, they crafted this Citroën themed diorama.
Now it’s a showpiece in their home!
Absolutely charming! I especially like the use of (live?) plants. I also have the Playmobil 2CV, and I just love it.
