Long awaited, Le Grand Livre Citroën du Centenaire is now available as 4 volumes that bring together a wealth of information on the history of the manufacturer of the Quai de Javel.
Texts and illustrations, many of them previously unpublished, tell the story of Citroën’s first century in detail in three volumes. The fourth volume, devoted to the appendices, brings together reproductions of documents, images and drawings completing a century of automotive history from 1919 to 2019. And, here again, fans of these unpublished items will not be disappointed.
ONE CHAPTER PER YEAR
In each of the first three volumes the period is traced year by year, with chapters that tell the succession of human, industrial and commercial events that forged the history of the brand. In each chapter, sidebars deal with important or unusual themes to highlight them.
Photographs, documents, objects and information, often unpublished, accompany the text and illustrate the story of each year. Many of these nuggets come from the Terre Blanche Archives Centre and the authors’ collections.

I am happy to ask if we can get a few more people to commit. Though I and perhaps others would prefer to wait until the English version is published. Anyone???
