When Hayden Mayeur wanted to make some income between his training sessions for the Canadian Olympic Speed Skating Team, he set his sights on a selling specialty coffee around Calgary, Alberta.

Rather than going the route most people take who want to have a Citroën food truck choosing an H Van, Hayden wanted to keep it it compact. Instead elected to custom fit his business called Hayloft Cafe into a slightly modified 2CV Truckette.
