June 17th was the Italian and French Car Show at Waterfront Park in North Vancouver BC, an event that has become an annual Fathers’ Day tradition. The French car contingent continues to grow and this year the Citroën Autoclub Canada, organized by John Anthony MacGregor, made a special presence as the show celebrated their 30th year, by adding to the festivities with a celebration of 100 years of Citroën

The event is the biggest event of its kind in the Northwest and attracts people from not just BC but Washington state and Oregon!

Overlooking Vancouver’s harbour, with majestic views of the downtown skyline and the mountains behind, the weather co-operated to make the perfect place for car enthusiasts and families alike to spend a fun Sunday!

Things kicked off at 8:30 am with a French Cars and Coffee gathering at Faubourg Park Royal and the show itself went from 10 am to 3 pm. As the following pictures show, it was the place to be on the West coast for Fathers’ Day!
