This year’s Citroëns @ Carlisle had a special focus on the 50-year anniversary of the CX.
This year was special as it was the first time organized by Paul Anderson who has taken over Brad Nauss Automotive.
Brad Nauss Automotive becomes Brad Nauss Automotive LLC with Paul Anderson, a dedicated Citroën owner and enthusiast as the
new owner.
This year’s Carlisle trip for me started a few days earlier in Toronto with the arrival of “The Great Road Tour”.
The Import Fun Showfield included spaces for cars from every region of the world. You could find examples of pretty much every imported automotive manufacturer.
One of the questions we frequently get asked is “Where can I get my Citroën serviced?” That’s an issue on the minds of the majority of classic Citroën owners in the USA and Canada.
What a turnout at this year’s “Citroëns at Carlisle”! Cars, friends, and dogs could finally meet up again after so many cancelled events over the past year.
After our absence from the 2020 show due to concerns of safety because of Covid, we hope to resume our presence, continuing our 30+ years of involvement.
Ken Nelson gives two examples on why the 2CV and DS are about as indestructible as cars can be.
