This year, Citroën Autoclub Canada’s annual spring outing focused on the Halton Hills and Hockley Valley areas, located just Northwest of Toronto, ending with a very special stop at the exotic car collection of Tony Burgess.
The Citroen Autoclub Canada had known about this 1968 DS 21 for years in Toronto, located in the High Park area. It sat in a driveway, uncovered and seemingly neglected.
Although he had been in failing health for some time, the cause of his death has been attributed to Covid-19.
