1972 Citroën DS21

This Citroën DS21 is a 1972 model with the semi-automatic transmission, power brakes and power steering. It started life as a North American version but has been upgraded with European turning headlights and front flashers.

It is in good driving condition, a very comfortable car, and great on the highway too. I have owned it for 15 years, and the odometer says 83,000 miles driven in total.

The car was restored and repainted shortly after I bought it, and it still looks great, although not quite concourse quality. Recently there was significant work done to repair the hydraulic system which had been leaking and misbehaving. There is still a small engine oil leak, but nothing else wrong as far as I know.

I replaced the tires some years ago with replica Michelin XAS that are still in great shape, and installed a new battery last year.

This DS is also one of the cars appearing in the X-Men movie Days of Future Past, which was partially filmed in Montreal. It has been a fun car to own, but I have not been driving it much recently and it seems time to pass it on.

Located in Ottawa Ontario. Looking for $30,000 CAD. Contact: iancraib2@gmail.com.
