It was imported from Leerdam, The Netherlands approximately 6 years ago.
There’s a lot going on in the Citroën scene in Germany this year!
The star of the show from a Citroën standpoint was a 1971 Ami M35 Prototype recently imported from Europe and owned by Bruce Ehrman.
Lower body does have rust as shown, and the engine is not operational.
Has not been driven for many years (last ran in the 1970’s) and has been in dry storage since then.
A Citroën DS was one of the first purchases they made as not only newlyweds, but as new citizens of this country.
Citroën “needs to be in the main segments, not niche segments” says CEO Thierry Koskas.
