Citroën is being prominently featured at COP21, the 2015 UN Conference on Climate Change, being held in Paris. The 2CV Paris tour company 4 Roues Sous 1 Parapluie (four wheels under one umbrella) has been promoting that their 100% electric 2CV has been certified by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy. It will be on display at the Grand Palais from December 4 to 10.
4 Roues Sous 1 Parapluie has worked for 5 years on converting all of its fleet of Paris touring 2CVs to electric power. Company founder Florent Dargnies first introduced their first electric 2CV in September of 2010 during Electric Mobility Days organized by Paris City Hall.

Citroën plans to present it’s own eco-friendly vehicle at COP 21 on Monday December 7th, rumored to be an electric version of the CactusM modernized Mehari concept they introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show. At the moment they are teasing the world on Twitter with a partial photo and the tag #ElectronLibre.
