For Sale – 1963 Citroën DS19 Decapotable Parts with Original Tags

I offer an opportunity to create your dream DS convertible.  I have the original tags of a 1963 DS19 Citromatic Maroon Decapotable last registered in Connecticut USA in 1969.

The unique parts from this car include: the rear clip, convertible roof frame, roof structure, extended cabriolet rear bumper, rear valence, black leather rear interior side panels and interior door panels, 2 good doors (plus 1 damaged one, but the doors contain the glass. The NOS one is just a primed shell), windshield frame (though rotted inside but with good stainless), stainless sill trim and clip surround trim.

Of course this is a serious restoration project and only the DS Decapotable components are present in this package. Yet given the rarity of the “true” Decapotable sections in this find and the fact the tags are authentic, there is the opportunity to “restore” a DS Decapotable to a very high standard with a considerable degree of originality. Granted a frame, a number of body parts, all the mechanicals would have to be added, but this presents an opportunity to choose the color, add specific features, and choose an engine for ideal highway cruising.

This includes many compatible parts: black leather seats, body, engine, mechanical and hydraulic parts. Also a D wagon rear chassis with functional green suspension which could serve as the “platform” for the restoration.

Located in Round Hill, Nova Scotia, Canada.
