The sole Citroën being offered is a 1950 2CV (titled as model year 1948) — an original Italian-delivery example.
As a tease to the event, Aguttes will be displaying a few of them in their booth at Retromobile in Paris this week!
A 1973 Méhari and a 1964 2 CV “Sahara” — both at no reserve.
Les Grandes Marques du Monde à Paris auction will take place at 2 PM on February 6, 2025.
All appear to be good quality – but not concours.
An authentic DS19 Cabriolet sold for just over €100K, about half the market value of a year ago.
The car’s builder merged the engine, drive-train, and dashboard/console from a 1991 Toyota Supra Turbo, then added some VW Beetle running lights and massive Köng rims.
It is not the Mme Michelin Traction 15-6 Cabriolet but it was originally owned by the Michelin family.
