New Board of Management Appointments Reflect Brand Integration

Effective today, Stellantis announced a new Board of Management of both Citroën & DS Automobiles brands reporting to Xavier Chardon, CEO of Citroën & DS Automobiles.

Caroline Malleus is appointed responsible for Product for DS Automobiles Brand in addition to her current Product responsibilities for Citroën.

Caroline Malléus is responsible for Product and Strategy for Citroën since November 2024. She previously held various roles at engineering, supply chain, planning cockpits and infotainment systems for future vehicles, and has also been Chief of Staff to CEO of Stellantis

Sébastien Vandelle, currently DS Automobiles Customer Satisfaction officer, becomes also responsible for the Customer Satisfaction at Citroën Brand.

Sébastien Vandelle is Customer Satisfaction Officer for DS Automobiles since 2024. With 31 years in the automotive industry, he previously held the position of DS Automobiles responsible for Enlarged Europe, the position of DS Automobiles responsible for France and held several responsibilities of subsidiaries in different markets for both Citroën and DS, as well as responsabilities on product development.

Aline Germain, responsible for Marketing Citroën, expands her responsibilities to include the DS brand.

Aline Germain was appointed responsible of Citroën Marketing in January 2026.

With more than 20 years of experience across Citroën, DS Automobiles and Jeep, she notably served as Marketing Director for Citroën and DS in the Netherlands, before contributing to the development of DS in France through various roles spanning sales, marketing and customer experience.

She then held several positions within Jeep in Enlarged Europe, with Sales & Marketing responsibility for several markets, before taking on the role of Brand Content, Digital and Marketing Operations for the Jeep, Dodge and RAM brands.

Leslie Peltier, responsible for Communication Citroën, takes over the Communication of DS Automobiles Brand, on top of Citroën communication responsibility.

Leslie Peltier was appointed responsible for Citroën Communication in September 2025. With 28 years of experience in the press and communication field, she held different positions in the automotive industry such as the responsibility of Volkswagen and Volkswagen Group France communications, SEAT France communication, and positions at press department for Mercedes-Benz.

Thomas Bastet, responsible for Citroën Pricing & Performance, takes over that responsibility for DS Automobiles brand in addition to his current function.

Thomas Bastet has 8 years of pricing expertise across two brands (Peugeot and Citroën), covering a broad scope spanning Europe and international markets. Additionally, for the past two years, he managed Citroën’s brand performance and its international rollout.

Laurent Diot has been appointed responsible for Enlarged Europe DS Automobiles, in addition to his current responsibilities for Enlarged Europe Citroën, with a functional reporting line to Xavier Chardon.

With 28 years in the automotive industry, including 23 years with Renault-Nissan and 5 years with Stellantis, Laurent Diot spent half of this time spent in operations and international roles. He joined Stellantis in 2021 as Global CMO for Fiat and Abarth and moved to Citroën in 2023 as responsible for Enlarged Europe.
