Citroën is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year with numerous events all over the world. On July 5 – 7, the brand will be present at the 19th Düsseldorfer Frankreichfest and on Friday, July 5th at 11:30 am, will stage an oversized “double chevron” formed from historic Citroëns on Düsseldorf’s Burgplatz so that the logo can be seen from the air.
Throughout the weekend, the brand’s new flagship, the Citroën C5 Aircross SUV, will also be presented in a stylish and high-quality “container” on Burgplatz. Interested parties will be able to experience the “next generation” SUV in a sheltered atmosphere modelled on the showroom concept “La Maison Citroën”.

Since 2001, Düsseldorf’s Old Town has been transformed into a “Petit Paris” in the run-up to the French national holiday on 14 July. At this year’s France Festival, the inner courtyard of the town hall, the Burgplatz square and the Rhine promenade are all dedicated to Red, White and Blue” to convey a French flair.
