Citroëns descend on Bastille Day celebration in Toronto

Citroën Autoclub Canada was invited by Fédération Tricolore de Toronto to display six Citroëns at The Distillery Historic District on July 15, 2023.

Club members that participated were; George Dyke bringing his 1954 Traction Avant 15-6, George Klein with his 1973 SM, Mitch Markowitz and his 1971 D-Special, Douglas Ogle driving his 1980 2CV6 all the way from Brighton, Ed Wallerstein & his girlfriend Kate with their 1967 Dyane and Irena Kulik-Zmyslowski and Robert Zmyslowski with their 1968 Ami 6 Break.

The over 10,000 primarily French attendees were enamoured with them and Mitch got a chance to pose with Toronto’s newly elected mayor Olivia Chow and the French Ambassador.
