Our post last month about a Citroën miniatures forum prompted Joël Brien to contact us about another Club based in France called “Cercle des Amateurs de Miniatures Automobiles Citroën”. They are a club of Citroën miniature automobile collectors, the ‘CAMAC‘. The Club has been in existence since 2007 and currently have about of 80 members from France, some from Belgium, Netherlands, Finland and even an American!
Joël is the Club’s Treasurer and he writes that each year they produce 1 or 2 specific and often unpublished miniatures (in 1/43 scale) for their members. They also buy/sell at “group” purchase prices.
The Club produced a 2CV Burton in 2019 and a BX Pijpops in 2020.
This year they are producing a 2CV Lomax and will be producing a HY Filca (expanding H Van) in 2022.
